If you ever come near the Redwood Forest in California go check out General Sherman. It's a sequoia tree estimated to be 2200 years old!

Little Monkey framed artwork comes from sketches by award-winning artist Michael Perks. His drawings are then digitized and cut with a CNC plasma-cutter. Michael's love of our local mountains, trees, nature and the western culture in Alberta can be seen in his artwork. Each piece is then hand-sanded and powder coated black for a clean, sharp look.

Our wood frames are made from spruce wood that is first stained with decking stain, then left outside for up to 2-years, stained again, framed and then stained a third time. This gives them a rustic appeal and also means that they can be hung outside if desired.
